Ingredients:

3 ½ cups (595.3g) Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free All Purpose Base 2 large (113.4g) eggs – beaten ¼ cup (60 ml) oil 1 cup (240 ml) milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix oil, eggs and milk until blended. Add Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free All Purpose Base and knead until the dough begins to leave the sides of the bowl. Turn out the dough on parchment or wax paper and dust with Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free All Purpose Base as needed. Roll out and cut the dough or pinch to size and gently shape each bun as desired. Add egg wash and sesame seeds if desired. On a lightly buttered pan, bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to wire racks to finish cooling completely. Do not slice until completely cooled. Tips:
