Ingredients.

Non-GMO Corn Meal, Organic Quinoa Flour, Potato Starch, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Organic Amaranth Flour, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Cornstarch), Sea Salt, Guar Gum, Glucose Syrup, Dextrose, Carrot Fiber.

Visual Color & Appearance.  Light Beige Powder, free flowing

Allergens: Contains No Allergens

Certifications:   Manufactured in a facility that is SQF Level 2 certified; certified Kosher – CRC and certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization against gluten and the other top 8 allergens.

Packaging:  50, 25 and 5 lb. multi-wall bags

Storage Conditions:  Gluvana Complete Gluten-Free Frying Blend can be stored in a dry form without difficulty.  Storage in a clean, cool, dry area is recommended.  Shelf life is 1 year.
