Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups (212.6g) Gluvana Complete Gluten-Free All Purpose Base
- ¾ cup (120.5g) cornmeal
- ¼ cup (56.7g) sugar
- 2 tsp. (28.3g) baking powder
- ½ tsp. (3.5g) salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- ¼ cup (60 ml) oil
- 1 large (57g) egg- beaten
Directions:
Preheat oil to 375°F. Insert Popsicle sticks in hot dogs. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients, and then add in all wet ingredients. Stir lightly until just combined. Dip hotdogs into the batter and place in the heated oil, being careful not to overcrowd. Drain on paper towels when finished. Corndogs are done when they are a medium golden brown color and should be floating at the top.
