Ingredients:
- 28.3g Gluvana Complete Gluten-Free All Purpose Base
- 35.4369g butter
- 240 ml milk, warmed
- 3.54369g salt
Directions:
Heat the milk until its hot. Melt butter in low in small saucepan until fully melted. When melted, add flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook for 60 seconds. Using a whisk, gradually whisk in warmed milk until fully combined. Allow to just reach a boil (the temperature of stove be raised to medium heat). Be sure to keep whisking. After it just comes to a boil, remove from heat and stir in salt and other seasonings you wish to add. This white sauce can easily be made into a cheese sauce by adding shredded cheese gradually into hot white sauce until fully combined.
