Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups (212.6g) Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free Pizza Base
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) milk
- 1/8 cup (30 mL) oil
Directions:
Bake at 450°F. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl. Vigorously knead dough until dough leaves the sides of the bowl. Gather dough into a smooth ball. Place on a lightly pizza pan, tile, or baking sheet floured with Gluvana Complete™ Pizza Base. Roll into a 9″ circle using a rolling pin floured with Gluvana Complete™ Pizza Base. Turn and crimp edges. Par bake crust for 10 minutes; remove from oven, and allow cooling. After cooling, add desired toppings to crust and return to oven and bake at 425°F an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Tips:
- Add 1 tsp. (3.5g) of xanthum gum to the dough for thin crusts and/or extra dough elasticity if needed.

- The taste profile in our Gluten-Free Pizza Base is highly adaptable, so feel free to make the taste your own by adding seasonings, flavorings, toppings, fillings and/or extra sweeteners to achieve the results you want!
