Ingredients:
3 ½ cups (595.3g) Gluvana® Self-Rising Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
2 large (113.4g) eggs – beaten
¼ cup (60 ml) oil
1 cup (240 ml) milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix oil, eggs and milk until blended. Add Gluvana® and knead until the dough begins to leave the sides of the bowl. Turn out the dough on parchment or wax paper and dust with Gluvana™ as needed. Roll out and cut the dough or pinch to size and gently shape each bun as desired. Add egg wash and sesame seeds if desired. On a lightly buttered pan, bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to wire racks to finish cooling completely. Do not slice until completely cooled.
