Chandra Houston realized the biggest problem in giving up gluten was finding gluten-free foods she actually wanted to eat.

On the way to founding Gluvana in 2011, Chandra began experimenting with different grains and engaged professional help to test different formulations and blends. And finally, she came up with the perfect gluten-free all-purpose flour that delivered the taste and texture she was looking for.

Today, Gluvana has an entire line of professional gluten-free flours that have successfully driven growth for our customers and that consumers enjoy.
