gluten-free fried shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (250g) Gluvana Gluten-Free Frying Flour
  • ½ – 1 cup (125mL to 250 mL) soda water, chilled
  • 1 lb. (454g) peeled, deveined shrimp

Directions:

Heat oil to 375?. Mix Gluvana Gluten-Free Frying Flour and soda water until very thin pancake batter consistency. When combined, toss shrimp into batter, then place in hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes, or until shrimp is golden brown. Drain and repeat with any remaining shrimp.
