gluten-free noodles for soup

Make a well using Gluvana ® Self-Rising Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour in a bowl or on a counter surface. Add eggs to the middle of the well and lightly whisk them until beaten.  Edge the All Purpose Mix into the center of the egg until incorporated. Add water a little at a time until mixture becomes workable dough. Lightly dust surface with Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free All Purpose Mix and place the dough. Knead dough until it comes together and is smooth. Gather into a ball and divide into fourths. Using a rolling pin floured with Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free All Purpose Mix, roll out until thin enough to put in a pasta maker or cut into pasta shapes. To use fresh, boil in boiling, salted water for 1 to 2 minutes, or until done, depending on the thickness of the noodle. 

Tips:

  • The taste profile in our Gluten-Free All Purpose Base is highly adaptable, so feel free to make the taste your own by adding seasonings, flavorings and/or extra sweeteners to achieve the results you want!
  • Want to produce gluten-free as well as other allergy conscious foods? You can use dairy milk or non-dairy beverages to achieve great results with Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free All Purpose Base.
