gluten-free banana bread

Directions:

Preheat oven to 320°F.

  1. In a large bowl, mix shortening, eggs, and sugar by hand.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the mashed bananas to the shortening/egg/sugar mixture and continue to mix.
  4. Add the Gluvana ® and mix in.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix until just incorporated.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, floured with Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free All Purpose Base.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until bread tests done with a toothpick.
